Over the last 25 years he has been a licensed real estate broker, an investor himself who has owned thousands of properties over his career, a consultant to other international investment companies and has evolved into providing his services directly to clients. His focus is on all aspects of residential real estate investing.
Clint Wetherill has been involved in the real estate investment business for two decades. During that time, he was first an investor buying and rehabbing bank owned homes for himself. Later, he turned that passion into becoming a licensed real estate broker and property manager in order to provide those services to others.
